Our Promise to You

We know waiting for an online order can be hard — especially when it's something you're excited about. That's why we're transparent about our timeline from the very beginning.

Every item at Petalwoven is handcrafted just for you after you place your order. We don't mass-produce or drop-ship from a warehouse. This takes a little more time, but it means you receive a product made with care and attention to detail.

Section 1: Delivery Timeline 

From the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door, here is the full timeline:

Handcrafting: 1–4 days from purchase
Your item is carefully made just for you.

Processing: 4–6 days from purchase
Your order is packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping: 5–18 days from purchase
Your package is in transit with YunExpress and UniUni.

Total estimated time from purchase to delivery: 10–18 days

Actual average time from purchase to delivery: 12 days

These timelines apply to both domestic and international orders. We will soon offer expedited shipping this fall 2026 which will be 2-5 days.


Section 2: Order Tracking

For your convenience, we provide order tracking for all shipped orders.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • Your order page on our website

  • Email (check your spam folder if you don't see it)

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its delivery date.

Tracking updates typically appear within 2–3 days after shipment.


Section 3: Shipping Carriers

Petalwoven uses the following carriers:

YunExpress – Primary shipping carrier from our facility to your country

UniUni – Last-mile carrier for final delivery to your door (domestic and international)

UniUni provides a delivery photo and GPS coordinates for every package. This helps protect both you and us in the event of a delivery dispute.


Section 4: Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be circumstances beyond our control that result in shipping delays.

These circumstances include but are not limited to:

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather events, such as storms, hurricanes, or snow, can impact transportation and cause delays

  • Customs Clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can add additional time to the delivery process

  • Postal Service Issues: Delays within YunExpress, UniUni, or local postal networks can occasionally occur

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays (Christmas, Black Friday, Lunar New Year, etc.), carriers experience higher than normal volume

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by these factors. If your order has not arrived within 35 days of purchase, please contact us at hello@Petalwoven.com.


Section 5: Address Accuracy

To ensure the successful delivery of your order, please provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct shipping address

  • Including apartment, suite, or unit numbers

  • Providing a valid phone number (carriers may need this for delivery)

What happens if the address is incorrect:

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying re-shipping costs

  • If the package is delivered to the incorrect address you provided, we cannot issue a refund or replacement

  • If the package is lost because the address was incomplete, the order is not eligible for refund or theft protection

Need to change your address after ordering? Email hello@Petalwoven.com immediately with your order number and corrected address. We will try to update it before shipment, but once the order is handed to YunExpress, we cannot make changes.


Section 6: Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders (outside of our home country):

  • You may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees

  • These fees are not included in our prices and are your responsibility

  • We cannot predict or control these fees — please check with your local customs office before ordering

  • We cannot mark international packages as "gift" or lower the declared value. This is illegal and puts our shipping account at risk.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is abandoned or returned, we cannot issue a refund.


Section 7: Lost Packages (No Tracking Updates)

If your tracking number has not updated for 15 or more days:

  1. Email hello@Petalwoven.com with your order number

  2. We will investigate with YunExpress and UniUni

  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you

This policy applies regardless of whether the delay is caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues. However, we will always attempt to locate the package before issuing a refund.


Section 8: Delivered But Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, this is not a shipping delay — it is a potential theft or delivery error.

Please refer to Section 4 (Delivery Theft Protection) in our Returns, Refunds & Theft Protection Policy. A police report is required for theft claims on delivered packages.


Section 9: Contact Us About Shipping

If you have any questions about your shipment, including:

  • Tracking not updating

  • Delivery taking longer than estimated

  • Address changes

  • Customs issues

Please email hello@Petalwoven.com with your order number. We respond within 1–2 business days.
